  • Credit card required to guarantee payment for services.
  • Payment is required at the time on-site engagements are performed.
  • Travel time billed each way.
  • After hours & weekend services will be billed and 1.5 times the indicated service rates.
  • Notice of cancellation is required by 3:00pm, 1 working day prior to scheduled appointment; otherwise a 2-hour minimum charge at the indicated service rate will be incurred.
  • A $25.00 charge will be incurred for any returned checks.

This document is an agreement that the above Support Option provided by The Software Place, Inc. will be billed in accordance to the Option chosen. This document also indicates your agreement that full payment for services provided by The Software Place, Inc. will be made at the time support is given. Signing this document indicates that The Software Place, Inc. has been authorized to bill the credit card number provided by the submitter for the Support Option that has been chosen. YOU WILL BE CONTACTED FOR YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.

YOUR GUARANTEE THAT PAYMENT WILL BE MADE WITHIN OUR TERMS IS REQUIRED TO INITIATE SERVICE.
